After much prayer, thought, and tons of self doubt, I finally decided to create this page in hopes that I could, in some way, be an encouragement to others, all while lifting up the name of Jesus. Life can be so many things. It can be filled with joy and pain. Life can bring us to places of loneliness, when we feel like there is no one out there who understands what we are going through. Life can often times be so busy during certain seasons of our lives and as a result, we find ourselves feeling isolated and alone. This is why I have created this page. To be able to share God’s word, connect with other women out there, and hopefully watch a community of women evolve, meet each other – even if just online. Women who can lean on each other as we all seek more of God.
I have a desire durning deep within my soul to do all I can to help others recognize that their TRUE IDENTITY comes from Jesus Christ. I long to dig deep into Gods word, to learn more about Him, spend more time in prayer, so I am better equipped to fight off the enemy that comes against all of us, from all sides. Listen, the enemy is working day and night to try to destroy us. He would love nothing more than to tear apart our families, discourage our loved ones, hinder our friends, make us all enemies, hurt our neighbors, and trip up the people all around you.
I don’t know about you, but if I have an enemy who is always walking around trying to devour me and the people I cherish so deeply, I want to be on guard!! I want to be ready!! I need to train for battle because a spiritual battle is what we are in. Life is full of trials and troubles, but it comforts me to know that I don’t have to walk alone. God is always with me, and has promised to never forsake me. When I feel like I have no one else, with just a whisper, I know that He hears me. And isn’t it great to already know who wins in the end? We have read the back of the book (and if you haven’t, we will read it together here)!
Link arms with me? As we set out to dig into Gods word, allowing Him to make Himself known to us, even in the most ordinary of days. Learning that even on our busiest days, that there is still someway we can find to spend time with God, no matter how it looks.
